How it works
The intended flow is user-initiated deletion from the app with authenticated backend cleanup. If you are outside the app, send the request by email.
What is deleted
The deletion process should remove the auth account and the user-linked profile, preference, location, eligibility, and reward records that are part of the mobile app account.
Retained
Security logs, fraud-prevention data, audit data, or legal records may be retained where needed to meet compliance or operational obligations.

Deletion scope
The request should be able to clear the app account and the service data tied to it, including data used for sign-in, eligibility, rewards, and support follow-up. If any category must be retained, the response or support flow should say why.
