App privacy

Privacy for the CannaRewards mobile app.

This page explains the kinds of information the mobile app may collect, how it is used, where it may be shared, and the support route for privacy or deletion requests.

What the app may collect.

The app may process Firebase Auth identity, email, display name, photo URL, guest state, demographics, age verification, location and geogate data, claim-link fields, scan payloads, rewards history, points balances, checkout links, and support requests.

How the data is used.

Data may be used to sign users in, verify age and market eligibility, resume package claims, issue rewards, open checkout links, support customer requests, and keep the app and backend stable.

Where data may be processed.

The app may share data with Firebase services, Firebase App Check, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Run backends, and any external checkout or sign-in providers the user chooses to use.

Be precise about what the app does.

Analytics includes event metadata such as screen names, result summaries, reward identifiers, and scan or checkout context. The app does not intentionally send raw scan codes or raw search text in analytics events.

Retention

Data may be retained where needed for service, security, or law.

Some account, analytics, audit, or fraud-prevention records may be retained for a period needed to operate the app, complete support, or meet legal obligations. If you want deletion help, use the account deletion page or contact support.
